BBQ Grill Outlet is SoCal’s premier destination for custom built outdoor kitchens, BBQ grills, and backyard fire pits.  When they became our client, it felt like fate that two of our team members were already fans, having decked out their own backyards with BBQ Grill Outlet’s gear. We knew their quality of service firsthand, so we were thrilled to help them “sizzle” in a competitive market.
The Challenge
BBQ Grill Outlet had lofty expansion goals but there was a catch. Their stores weren’t parked in bustling retail hubs, and in a world where online shopping reigns supreme, driving qualified and trackable foot traffic through their doors was no small feat. Since we fired up their campaigns, BBQ Grill Outlet has been grilling the competition.  Here’s a snapshot of their searing results.
  • Increased trackable ‘store visits’ from 3,260 to 5,025 for a 54.14% jump.
  • Calls from ads increased by 26%, from 789.29 to 996. 
  • Account level conversion rate increased from .80% to 1.84%, a hefty 131% increase.
  • Made the most of their ad spend demonstrated by the cost per conversion decrease of 46%

The payoff? Thanks to these outstanding campaign improvements, BBQ Grill Outlet has now expanded to new store locations. They’ve also been able to upgrade their inventory, offering more high-end grills and smokers.
